Reminder FB Live Q&A Sunday 5th November 8pm NZT + Exam Study Survival Kit Launches
Sunday is going to be a big day for li'l ol' Cram Lab.
Exams are like, now
If you’re down in NZ with me, hopefully you’re all very aware that NCEA starts next week. (Here is a link to the NZQA page with the exam timetable if you need.)
If you’re elsewhere in the world, chances are your teen has exams in the next couple of months as well.
So there’s no escape from exams really, but just a reminder that I am live on Facebook at 8pm NZT each Sunday night to help your teen through the exam hellscape.
Here is the Facebook Event for this coming Sunday.
If you’re in NZ especially, this will be a good opportunity for you and/or your teen to tune in and ask me any questions they have about their exam study and exams, and to hear about my most favourite exam tips.
If you know one or two other parents whose teens also have exams I’d really appreicate you sharing the FB Live Event with them via the button below. Make sure you’re also following Cram Lab on Facebook.
Exam Study Survival Kit launches Sunday
In other news, for the past 6+ months I have been creating my first study programme.
And now, after more hours than I care to total, I am very excited to be launching the Exam Study Survival Kit this coming Sunday at midday NZT.
As much as I’d love to be able to help every teen on Earth who needs help learning how to study in person, the Internet does have a few upsides…
What is it?
The Exam Study Survival Kit is an online course for teens to learn how to study for exams and get the grades they’re capable of in 3 simple steps:
Getting Prepared (finding motivation and getting organised)
Getting Stuck-In (how to make amazing study notes and get the most out of past exams)
Final Preparations (all of the things to do (and avoid doing) in the last week before an exam)
Spread across 8 teen-friendly lessons, I have distilled my top-grade-achieving exam-study process so any teen who is currently struggling with exam study can follow along with me, while learning how to refine their OWN exam Study System.
Every lesson consists of an easy-to-follow video in which I discuss what are, IMHO, the crucial elements of exam study.
You can also download each lesson as a PDF so your family can share them across your devices and look through them at your own pace, and your teen can go through the lessons at their own pace via a private online link.
More details to come on Sunday. For now I’ll leave you with this short video.
